I’ve been wanting to write a post about “low fertility indicators” for a while now, but I’ve been too busy. Recently, several moms with around 3 AFC and low AMH came to me, and one of them was rejected by the clinic, so I couldn’t help but write this down and share it with you.

A few years ago, we thought it was unbelievable to reject a patient, questioned the professional ethics of doctors, and even criticized clinics for doing whatever they could for the sake of data, and treating us women as numbers without any empathy at all. But after so many years, we realized that acceptance is not always a good thing, and rejection is also a kind reminder.

For patients with few basal follicles and low AMH, the attitudes of US clinics fall into the following main categories:

Category 1: Many doctors of medical ethics online, whether “anovulatory” or near-sterile women are accepted, they believe that: fertility, is the right of every human being.

Category 2: Some doctors think that the success rate of around 1 or 2 basal follicles is very low, and they don’t want their patients to spend more time and money with them, or they suggest moms to try a different clinic, which is often referred to as rejection. Usually, this kind of clinic will set some indicators: such as AFC bottom limit of 1 to 2, FSH upper limit of 19, etc.. In our opinion: if moms encounter this situation, it is not a bad thing, but rather a reminder for women to look for a more suitable protocol for ovulation promotion.

Category 3: All patients are admitted, patients are first given a chance to try, and after the end of ovulation promotion, patients will be told that there are too few eggs or the quality is too poor, so they can only buy Luanzi, or generation.

Category 4: Seeing women who have failed to promote ovulation and transplantation for many years, they directly judge that the success rate is very low and recommend getting L-subs or DY, but are willing to try once first.

If you meet the doctors of clinics in categories 1 and 2, then congratulations: you are lucky; but if you meet the doctors of category 3, you need to be cautious and rationally judge whether the doctor’s ovulation program is reasonable or not. If you come across a doctor in category 4, we suggest that you give up! How can such doctors bring us good luck when they don’t even have confidence in their own medical skills, and their first thought is to give up, or for commercial gain! This is a very dangerous sign.

Once again, all women are cautioned not to give up, not to listen to random beliefs, rational thinking is important. One doctor does not represent all doctors, and one ovulation result does not represent the results of all ovulation programs, as long as there are eggs, there is hope, try to fight for the right to be a mother, and I wish you all continue to receive a good pregnancy ~!

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you that the two moms with 0.3 AMH and 3 basal follicles each got 1 P through blastocyst earlier this month.
