The Victory Assisted Reproduction Clinic in Hong Kong was first established by Dr. Clement Ho in 1998, boasting Hong Kong’s first private in-vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory. From its inception, the center has been equipped with comprehensive medical facilities and equipment, as well as a large team of experienced doctors and experts, providing a full range of infertility treatment services to the citizens of Hong Kong.

After the center was established, Dr. Clement Ho expanded his practice to meet the growing demand and fulfill his vision of establishing a center of excellence. Today, the Victory Assisted Reproduction Center has gradually gained recognition from domestic and international clients, with a high pregnancy rate of up to 63% for fresh embryo transfer. Currently, the assisted reproduction center has gradually expanded its medical services and now consists of experts in reproductive medicine, obstetrics and gynecology (O&G), embryology, urology, and other related specialties. It also operates two clinics and two IVF laboratories in Hong Kong under Reproductive Healthcare Ltd and Victory ART Laboratory Ltd, respectively.
